How to activate the card?

You must activate your card to be able to avail the applicable services at Praava Health. Please follow any of the below steps for your card activation:

After card activation, please call our contact center 10648 or visit Praava Health to avail any of your preferred service. You will not be required to mention your card PIN code after activating your card.

Terms & Conditions

One card can only be used by one beneficiary
The last date for activating this card is 30 June 2023
This card can be activated 24 hours after purchase
This card will be valid for three months (Aastha and Aastha+) or twelve months (Aastha Premium) after it is activated. The Patient must take the applicable services within that timeframe
This card is not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged or refunded
No refund is applicable if the card is lost or damaged
No refund is applicable after activation of the card

Fair usage policy of a maximum of 8 consultations per month
Pediatrician consultations applicable for up to 3 children of the beneficiary (up to 15 years of age)
Praava will set appointments with consultants or for services according to the available slots
Discount on lab excludes government-regulated, COVID, and molecular cancer diagnostic tests
Free home sample collection for lab tests for orders of BDT BDT 2750+. For smaller home sample collection, collection fees may be applicable
Aastha Health Card benefits may not be combined with any other offers from Praava Health
